POPEYE , the SAILOR MAN! Is it me or did Italian maker DeCarlini make this guy sexier than I remember from childhood? Olive did well for herself! This guy is in near mint condition , considering it’s from the’50-60’s. It survived many a xmas and somehow avoided tree sap, mishandling and other holiday mishaps that might occur from owner to owner over the decades. Again, this piece is from my brothers estate. So my ownership of this piece is recent. He and I were both avid collectors. I simply have too many pieces to keep both his and my collections now that the number has greatly increased unexpectedly.
