VINTAGE 1920’s GLASS CHRISTMAS ORNAMENT GRAF-ZEPPLIN AIRSHIP-MADE in W. GERMANY
I bought an extensive Early Vintage “lifetime” collection of Glass Christmas Ornaments….. Most were made in Germany back in the 1920’s. Here is a very old Vintage late 1920’s Glass Christmas Ornament that was MADE IN LAUSCHA, GERMANY. This hand blown glass ornament is still in Never Used – Mint Condition. It still has all the original Gold crushed Glass Sparkles, Gold Metallic Fuzzy String Propeller, and Tree Branch Hanger. If you look very closely you will also see it still has the original very fine “wavy” metal wire on the Propeller, and around the complete Airship Body. All the original White glass Angel Hair is still on the tail end of the Airship. It has all the bright colors on it too…. There is no sun fade. This Airship measures about 6 1/2 in total length.
